As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our global partner network and strengthening the DYNASET brand in the global market. Your main area of responsibility in the role of Sales Director is leading and developing sales in collaboration with the team. You will build a systematic and results-oriented sales operation, taking charge of global sales planning and implementation, and coordinating team activities to achieve goals within the established strategy. You will also drive operational changes within your responsibility area. Active participation in practical sales work, setting an example for the team through your actions, is part of your role.

Our international sales team currently consists of 16 regional sales managers and a 4-member sales support team, all under your direct supervision. Our products are distributed to over 70 countries, covering all continents. The majority of our global partner network comprises multi-reseller networks and OEM manufacturer partnerships, and customer-centric support is a matter of pride for us.

own example and coaching. Building trust internally and externally with your collaboration skills, a proactive approach to development, and a willingness to take action are crucial.

You should have a commercial or tech

nical higher education. Experience in the international industrial equipment market, sales team leadership, and sales function development will contribute to success in this role.
