As DYNASET continues to grow we are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to work in our sales team at our Ylöjärvi facility responsible for USA market.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing operations and profitable customer solutions to help our sales department in meeting the organization’s business goals and increase customer awareness about DYNASET brand, products and solutions in original equipment machinery and customers working close to construction industries.

You will proactively the strengthen existing customer base and find new business opportunities with a customer-oriented mindset in US markets. Your responsibilities also include developing DYNASET multi dealer network according to the company strategy. You will have a colleague already working in the same area based in Finland and the main place of work will be at DYNASET offices in Ylöjärvi, Finland.

The work will require frequent traveling to your market area.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Specialist Spare Parts, you are responsible for the sales, business development and process development for our spare parts side of business.

You will take ownership of our spare parts operations regarding sales and processes and develop those functions according to company strategy. You will also support our marketing team in actions regarding your own area. You are able to support our R&D by giving your own ideas of DYNASET product development based on the needs of your own responsibility area and customers as well as considering the needs of our company. In this function, you will report directly to the Sales Director. The work may include some traveling.

We are now looking for recruiting a hands-on Sales Coordinator for our location at Ylöjärvi, Finland.

Your main tasks include making sure within your own role that DYNASET promise about excellent customer service will be fulfilled. In your role, you will handle issues regarding our domestic and international customers as well as internal customers like sales, export and logistics and act as a crucial link between those ensuring open information flow and co-operation. You will also occasionally support the management team in their work.

The work includes customer service issues handled via telephone and email, registering and inputting orders to our ERP. The actual work is mainly conducted on-site at our DYNASET Ylöjärvi facility during normal office hours.

We expect you to have:

  • some commercial education for example bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant subject.
  • some relevant work experience from commercial and or exports.
  • accuracy in handling figures and persistent working attitude also in routine work.
  • good human relationship and customer service skills that you keep up even on busy days.
  • interest to grasp new things and eagerness to develop in your own position.
  • Fluent Finnish and English other languages are considered as an advantage when applying.
