We are looking for a Service engineer to work in After sales team.
You will work on the customer interface, providing support by phone, email, and on-site visits to our customers in various service and problem situations globally. You will participate in the development of our aftersales services and the handling of customer complaints.
You have experience and insight into the implementation of spare parts and service functions for technical products, quality and warranty matters, and the provision of technical support. We value knowledge of construction machinery and hydraulics as well as experience in technical aftersales work. English language skills are essential, other languages are considered an advantage.
We expect you to have good teamwork and interpersonal skills. We value a precise and professional approach and a positive attitude towards your work tasks!
