How it works?

The hydraulic high pressure water pump utilizes a machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s hydraulic system as power source. The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used for extinguishing fire through walls, doors, and roofs, or it is used for cutting metal, concrete, wood, etc.

  1. Hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic high pressure water pump through the pressure line
  2. The hydraulic high pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high pressure water
  3. The hydraulic oil is led back to vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line
  4. The Abrasive sand is mixed to the pressurized water flow
  5. The abrasive sand is added to the water stream directly to the pressure line increasing its kinetic energy
  6. The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used for extinguishing fire through walls, doors, and roofs, or it is used for cutting metal, concrete, wood, etc. by using a water piston.
