Your responsibilities as an Accounting Coordinator include managing sales and purchase ledgers, which involves tasks such as invoice allocation, accounting entries, and monitoring payment transactions. Additionally, you will handle debt collection, financial reporting, communication with the accounting firm, operate the telephone switchboard, and perform other office tasks. Our customer base is highly international, adding a dynamic aspect to accounting. The role requires extensive collaboration with other departments at Dynaset, such as procurement and sales. The specific tasks within the role will be tailored based on the selected individual’s expertise.

We are looking for someone with expertise in accounting and processes (e.g., a relevant degree like a Bachelor of Business Administration). You should be systematic and precise, possess excellent organizational skills, and be capable of working independently. As a customer-oriented team player, you build trust internally and externally through your collaborative skills. Being proactive and having a willingness to take initiative are qualities we appreciate. 

The position requires proficiency in both Finnish and English, and knowledge of other languages is considered advantageous. Experience with Netvisor and Roima LeanSystem systems is seen as a plus.
