How Does the MAG Lifting Magnet Work Together with Hydraulic Magnet Generator?
The hydraulic magnet generator utilizes a machine’s hydraulic system as a power source to power lifting magnet
The hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic magnet generator through the pressure line
The hydraulic magnet generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into DC electricity to power the lifting magnet.
The hydraulic oil is led back to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line
The DC electricity is used for magnetizing and demagnetizing a lifting magnet. When demagnetizing, the power of a Dynaset hydraulic magnet generator pushes the load off a lifting magnet in 0.8 of a second.
