How Does the Hydraulic Drilling Fluid Pump Works?

The hydraulic drilling fluid pump uses a machine’s or vehicle’s hydraulic system as its power source. 

  1. Hydraulic oil flows to the hydraulic drilling fluid pump through the pressure line. 
  2. The pump converts hydraulic oil flow and pressure into pumping power for fluids. 
  3. The hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line. 
  4. The pump is versatile and can be used with seawater, natural water, drilling fluids, abrasive chemicals, oils, and high-viscosity fluids (gels). It is also capable of running dry.
