Dynaset continues its international growth and warmly welcomes new Area Sales Managers and Market Developer. Each of them brings valuable experience and expertise that will help us strengthen our position globally.
We’ve hired local Area Sales Managers to strengthen our position in key markets, including North America, India, and the APAC region. This allows us to better serve our customers in their local time zones while reinforcing our presence in these important areas.
Our new team members recently spent two weeks at Dynaset’s factory in Finland, familiarizing themselves with our products and operations while getting to know our dedicated personnel. Additionally, Thomas Pohlmann joined our team a few months ago to serve the German market locally.
Dave Treanor – Area Sales Manager, Texas, USA
Dave Treanor brings a wealth of experience in various aspects of hydraulics. His background covers mobile hydraulics as well as axial piston pumps, radial piston actuators and planetary gearboxes. He has worked extensively with US distributors and OEM customers, giving him a strong understanding of the market in the region.

Daryl Bais – Area Sales Manager, Alberta, Canada
Daryl Bais brings experience from a family business background where he learned to appreciate company values and long-term customer relationship building. A two-week tour of Dynaset’s factory in Finland has deepened his knowledge of the products and company culture.

Nitin Kulkarni – Area Sales Manager, Maharashtra, India
Nitin Kulkarni has over two decades of experience in hydraulics and construction and mining equipment sales. He started his career at L&T Komatsu as a service engineer and later progressed to sales manager at Volvo Construction Equipment. During his eight years as a Dynaset dealer in India, he managed the sales operations and significantly increased the company’s footprint in the region.

Shannon Underhill – Area Sales Manager, APAC (Australia & New Zealand)
Shannon Underhill has over a decade of experience with vehicle-mounted and machinery-integrated equipment, including air compressors, generators, high-pressure water pumps, and PTO solutions. He first encountered Dynaset’s products in 2015 and has always admired their exceptional quality.

Hemant Baidhya – Market Developer, Kolkata, India
Hemant Baidhya combines technical expertise with strong sales skills. His career has focused on industrial and capital goods solutions, particularly in the sales of lubrication systems and OEM components. To Dynaset he brings a unique insight into market developments in the fast-growing Indian market.

Thomas Pohlmann – Area Sales Manager, DACH Region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
Thomas Pohlmann has over 20 years of experience in sales, primarily in mobile hydraulics. Previously, he worked as a Key Account Manager at Hengli Hydraulics and as Sales Manager at Inline Hydraulik GmbH in Berlin. He joined Dynaset in October 2024, taking responsibility for the DACH region.
