Dynaset produces the world’s best hydraulic generators, high-pressure water pumps, air compressors, and much more. Most Dynaset products require installation in the machine’s hydraulic system, and there are many different systems.
Dynaset relies on its own Dynaset valves as a solution for hydraulic installations. Dynaset has been manufacturing its valves from the beginning, making it safe, reliable, and easy to install Dynaset hydraulic equipment in any system. Dynaset’s valves are designed for a wide range of applications in different hydraulic systems and are not limited to Dynaset products, although they are made with them in mind. Here are a few examples.
PV-SAE
One of the first revolutionary valves was the patented PV-SAE Priority Valve. With PV-SAE, the Dynaset product can be safely installed in the hydraulic system without changing or compromising the original functionality of the machine. Properly sized, the PV-SAE will only draw hydraulic pressure and flow from the primary hydraulic system of the machine when needed, leaving sufficient hydraulic reserve for the machine’s operations, such as excavator boom movements. This way, the newly installed products do not interfere with the machine’s system and basic functionality.
New Products in Valve Lineup
Dynaset offers several solutions in valves for controls, limiters, and installations. Today’s hydraulic systems for machinery require ever higher-pressure levels from valves. Dynaset valves are being upgraded to new pressure levels. During 2023, the pressure levels of the valves will be upgraded up to 450 bar. This makes them suitable for systems with higher pressure levels.
The PV-SAE Priority Valves and LSV Load Sensing valve sets will be the first to be upgraded. The first tasters of these products will be on display at ConEXPO in Las Vegas in March 2023. The products will be available on the market towards the end of 2023.
