Versatile trailer for different grading needs 

The SoraKIRE 14 is specifically designed for the excavation of field trenches, where the carpet conveyor is an essential part of the workflow efficiency. It is also suitable for other similar applications where precise and efficient material handling is required. 

One of the key challenges was handling challenging materials such as dense gravel, which does not move easily in a hopper. The solution to this problem was to add a vibration function to improve the workflow and reduce delays.

The DYNASET HVD Hydraulic Directional Vibra mounted on the gravel hopper, is especially effective for managing difficult-to-handle gravel materials. Easy installation and positive user experience 

The installation of the trailer was smooth and simple. An adapter plate, designed for this purpose, allowed the dice to be easily attached to the hopper with bolts. 

“The installation was simple with a custom-made adapter plate with bolts to the funnel,” says Toivonen. The feedback from users has been positive: the drum significantly improves the movement of the material, making it easier to carry out even the most demanding operations. 

Future opportunities and smooth cooperation with Dynaset 

Other Seppo Kuisma Oy trailers, such as earthmoving and grain wagons, are now being considered for the use of the vibration function. For example, in wet threshing seasons, the vibration could be particularly useful for handling grain material.
