How Does The Hydraulic Expansion Unit Work?

The HEU Hydraulic Expansion Unit uses the base machine’s hydraulic system as its power source.

Hydraulic oil flows to the unit through the pressure line.
The unit generates high-pressure water, which is used to expand rock bolts. It is connected to a water supply for operation.
The unit monitors the expansion process and automatically releases the bolt when the correct water pressure level is reached.
Hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
