Advanced Operation and Specifications
Equipped with a quick coupler for easy installation, the bucket’s hydraulic system includes four lines, allowing precise control over suction power and hatch size. The pressure and tank lines transfer hydraulic power to the bucket’s hydraulic motor, which drives the fan blade. This hydraulic operation enables continuous adjustment of blade RPM, or power of the suction. Additionally, two lines are dedicated to hatch controls, enabling cabin operators to adjust the suction port size as needed.
With a robust negative air pressure of -8 kPA and a maximum airflow of 3.4 m³/sec, it delivers powerful vacuum capabilities. The inclusion of an auxiliary vacuum hose port, located on the bucket’s backside, facilitates precise vacuum cleaning tasks in tight spaces, reducing the need for vacuum trucks. Moreover, the recommended diameter of the hose, ranging from 80 to 100 millimeters, ensures fast vacuum cleaning in confined areas, such as stormwater drainages filled with sand.
Furthermore, the bucket’s air blow port, situated on the same side as the auxiliary vacuum port, allows for versatile air blowing applications. While the air blows continuously through this port when the bucket’s fan is running, users can easily flip the bucket with a rotator to switch to air blowing mode. This capability enables tasks such as leaf, trash, and snow removal, enhancing the bucket’s versatility in various maintenance applications.
With its innovative design, advanced features, and superior performance, the HRVB Hydraulic Recycling Vacuum Bucket sets a new standard for efficiency, versatility, and reliability in waste management and cleaning applications. As industries strive for more sustainable and cost-effective solutions, the HRVB emerges as a transformative tool, revolutionizing the way waste is managed and sites are cleaned.
