DYNASET offers a diverse range of Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pumps known for their excellent power-to-size and power-to-weight ratios. They are designed to be compact and easy to adjust, providing an enhanced experience in worksites. In addition to its convenient design, one of the striking features in these products is easy installation on every hydraulic system and little maintenance. This leads to saving resources in various areas such as monetary costs, time and logistics. Due to their low water consumption and small carbon footprint, these water pumps are an excellent choice when wanting to look into more environmentally friendly solutions for your machinery.
HPW Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pumps offer an abundance of application possibilities for high pressure washing, street cleaning, water scaling, pipeline and bin cleaning, hydro demolition, water cutting and dust suppression among many other options.
In this article we will dive into the technical aspect of DYNASET HPW’s.
Technology within the DYNASET High Pressure Water Pumps
As previously mentioned, the hydraulic water pumps are designed to ease the process of water usage by being always ready in use. But what kind of technology and functionalities can actually fit into a relatively small water pump?
To put in briefly, the process taking place in HPW Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump can be sorted into three steps. First, the hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic high pressure water pump through the pressure line. Secondly the water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow, with special piston, into high pressure water. Lastly the hydraulic oil is led back to carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
In the middle of the pump is located a hydraulic piston which alternates in motion. Directly to the hydraulic piston lies a secondary piston and it pumps and pressurizes the water. The hydraulic flow to the piston makes it move back and forth. In the ends of the piston the water gets pressurized by the movement. The movement forces the water out from the pressure channel through the water valves. When the piston assembly reaches the pump’s head, pump’s reversal valve automatically changes position and diverts the flow to the other side of the piston when the piston assembly moves to the opposite direction.
Due to our HPW Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump technology and its structure, the pumps need very little maintenance. The water pistons don’t need any lubrication and the hydraulic component is lubricated by the hydraulic oil itself. All of this is built by using a patented DYNASET technology.
