As an After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the production and development of our after-sales services (installations, maintenance, spare parts, technical support, and warranties) in collaboration with the team. You will build a systematic, results-oriented, and customer experience-supporting approach to our after-sales services. You will be in charge of planning and organizing functions, pricing spare parts and services, and developing expertise in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also lead operational changes within your responsibility area and actively participate in practical work, setting an example for the team.

Our After Sales team currently consists of four technical experts and seven technicians. In addition to our in-house team, our partner network supports our customers locally in after-sales services, including installations, maintenance, and spare part deliveries.

We are looking for a goal-oriented team player with vision and the ability to manage extensive responsibilities. Your skills include organizing, engaging people, and driving them to achieve objectives. You will help create an inspiring and forward-looking work environment for our After Sales team, supporting and guiding the team in reaching goals through your own example and coaching. Building trust internally and externally with your collaboration skills, a proactive approach to development, and a willingness to take action are crucial.

You should have a commercial or technical higher education. Experience in the international industrial equipment market, organizing after-sales functions, leading a team, and developing after-sales operations will contribute to success in this role.
