The nozzle is the component that transforms high-pressure water into an effective spray pattern. Choosing the right nozzle for your application ensures optimal performance and efficiency and minimizes water consumption. Pressure Washing
Different sizes of fan, jet, turbo, pipe cleaning, and 3D nozzles are available for various washing and cleaning tasks.
Fan nozzle: Produces a wide spray pattern, making it ideal for larger surfaces and effective general cleaning. For instance, the HPW Hydraulic Power Washer, KPL High Pressure Street Washing Unit, and SCU Surface Cleaning Unit are all equipped with fan nozzles of different sizes. This demonstrates its versatility.
Jet nozzle: Produces a narrower dotted spray pattern to thoroughly clean precision areas like corners, edges, and crevices. The jet nozzle delivers exceptional cleaning power for even the most stubborn stains.
Turbo nozzle: This type generates a higher pressure and narrower spray pattern than a fan nozzle. The rotating motion and the higher pressure make it effective for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces and challenging materials.
Pipe cleaning nozzle: The PPL High Pressure Pipe Cleaning Unit is equipped with a pipe cleaning nozzle specifically designed to clear blockages or remove ice. The nozzle has one forward-facing jet and multiple rear-facing jets. The water pressure pushes the nozzle and debris forward, while the rear jets flush the debris out of the pipe. The pipe cleaning nozzle is also available in a rotating version, providing additional power to clear pipes by pulling the wash hose back.
3D nozzle: The JPL High Pressure Bin Washing System is a bin washing robot with two rotating 3D nozzles. This device is an impressive example of DYNASET innovation.
Dust Suppression
In addition to surface cleaning, fan, and jet nozzles are also suitable for other applications: The HPW-DUST High Pressure Dust Suppression System is also equipped with smaller fan and jet nozzles. Thanks to the fine mist produced by the fan nozzles, dust settles to the ground and is prevented from spreading into the environment, for example, on demolition sites or during street sweeper cleaning. Jet nozzles, on the other hand, offer extended reach and can be used in conjunction with fan nozzles in highly dusty demolition environments. The water mist droplet size and water consumption can be adjusted by changing the nozzle size.
Sandblasting
DYNASET water sandblasting units are also equipped with fan and jet nozzles specifically designed for sandblasting. The nozzles are suitable for all sandblasting tasks, such as paint and rust removal or cleaning concrete and metal surfaces.
Water Cutting and Firefighting
DYNASET designs and manufactures all nozzles for water cutting and firefighting applications.
Abrasive nozzle: The HAC Hydraulic Abrasive Cutting System utilizes a ceramic abrasive nozzle designed to withstand abrasive grit in high-pressure water. An optional foam nozzle is also available for spreading firefighting foam with HAC.
Piercing nozzle: The piercing nozzles for the HPW-FIRE High Pressure Firefighting System and the FP Firefighting Piercing Kit are also Dynaset products. The small droplet size helps control water consumption and minimize water damage caused by firefighting operations.
