How Does the Weedkiller Unit Work?
The DYNASET Hydraulic High Pressure water pump on the weedkiller unit uses a carrier machine’s or vehicle’s hydraulic system as its power source to produce water flow for weed control.
- Hydraulic oil flow is directed to the water pump through the pressure line.
- The hydraulic high-pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into water flow.
- The hydraulic oil is then returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
- The water is heated by the water heating unit up to 102°C (216°F).
- The heated water is directed through the pump to either the weed control pipe or roller, which applies 98°C (208°F) water droplets onto the weed surface.
- The hot 98°C water penetrates down to the plant roots for complete elimination.
