How it works?

The hydraulic abrasive cutting system uses a machine’s, vehicle’s, or vessel’s hydraulic system as a power source. A combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand cuts through metal and other materials and can even extinguish fires through walls, doors, and roofs. 

  1. Hydraulic oil flow is directed to the system’s high-pressure water pump through the pressure line. 
  2. The hydraulic high-pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high-pressure water. 
  3. The hydraulic oil is returned to the vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line. 
  4. Abrasive sand is added to the pressurized water flow. The abrasive sand is injected directly into the pressure line, increasing the water’s kinetic energy. 
  5. The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used to cut through metal, concrete, wood, and more, or to extinguish fires through walls, doors, and roofs.
