How it works?
The hydraulic abrasive cutting system uses a machine’s, vehicle’s, or vessel’s hydraulic system as a power source. A combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand cuts through metal and other materials and can even extinguish fires through walls, doors, and roofs.
- Hydraulic oil flow is directed to the system’s high-pressure water pump through the pressure line.
- The hydraulic high-pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high-pressure water.
- The hydraulic oil is returned to the vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
- Abrasive sand is added to the pressurized water flow. The abrasive sand is injected directly into the pressure line, increasing the water’s kinetic energy.
- The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand is used to cut through metal, concrete, wood, and more, or to extinguish fires through walls, doors, and roofs.
