How Does the Hydraulic Ground Power Generator Work?

The hydraulic ground power generator uses the hydraulic system of a machine, vehicle, or vessel as its power source to produce high-quality, low-voltage electricity. 

  1. Hydraulic oil flow is directed to the hydraulic ground power generator’s integrated hydraulic motor via the pressure line. 
  2. The hydraulic ground power generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into low-voltage DC electricity. 
  3. The hydraulic oil is then returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
