How Does the Hydraulic Magnet Generator Work?
The hydraulic magnet generator uses a machine’s hydraulic system as its power source to produce DC electricity for powering a lifting magnet.
- Hydraulic oil flows to the hydraulic magnet generator through the pressure line.
- The generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into DC electricity to power a lifting magnet. (Optional: AC electric central for AC powered tools etc.)
- Hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
- The DC electricity is utilized for magnetizing the lifting magnet. During demagnetization, the hydraulic magnet generator releases the load from the lifting magnet in just 0.8 seconds. If equipped with optional DSMART, the user may monitor and switch between usage modes.
- The magnet generator can produce auxiliary AC electricity when equipped with an electric central.
