How Does the MAG Lifting Magnet Work with the Hydraulic Magnet Generator Work Together?

The hydraulic magnet generator uses a machine’s hydraulic system as its power source to operate the lifting magnet.

  • Hydraulic oil flows to the hydraulic magnet generator through the pressure line.
  • The hydraulic magnet generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into DC electricity, which powers the MAG Lifting Magnet.
  • Hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
  • The DC electricity is used for magnetizing and demagnetizing the lifting magnet. During demagnetization, the DYNASET hydraulic magnet generator releases the load from the lifting magnet in just 0.8 seconds.
