To foster an open, transparent and safe culture, we have a whistleblowing channel in place. The reporting channel for suspected abuses is based on Law 1171/2022 on the protection of persons who report breaches of European Union and national law and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
The whistleblowing channel provides a confidential way to bring suspected misconduct or policy violations under company’s internal investigation. The report can be made anonymously. All reports will be treated confidentially and protecting the privacy of the informant and the subject of report.
