Hydraulics for On-site Maintenance – Equipements & Lubrification MMIL INC. at your service

This time, we are talking about one of our dealers located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Canada. The company is Equipements & Lubrification MMIL INC, and it is a true expert in hydraulic and lubrification systems with over 15-year experience. We interviewed the company owner, Jean-Francois Poulin, for the article.

  • I’m the company owner and I have two employees. We sell hydraulic solutions, equipment, and lubrification systems. Also, their installation and maintenance services are in our portfolio. We perform them primarily on worksites with the help of our service vehicles, but we also have workshop facilities in Saint-Lin-Laurentides.

The Best Possible Testimonial – Use the Products That You Sell in Your Job!

The company’s selection covers brands like Bosch Rexroth, Walvoil, Casappa, and DYNASET. Dynaset’s products play a two-folded part in their business.

  • We have a truck equipped with three DYNASET Products: HK Hydraulic Piston Compressor, HWG Hydraulic Welding Generator, and HVM Hydraulic Modular Valve System. We use it on service and repair jobs, and we also demonstrate the usefulness of hydraulic equipment to potential customers with it. We are also planning to equip another truck with hydraulic equipment, and we have thought of building a showroom into our workshop.

And why did you end up using and selling DYNASET Equipment?

  • I’ve seen dozens of worksites, and I think many things could be done more wisely. For example, huge gasoline generators and compressors take a lot of space on worksites. That’s one reason why compact hydraulic equipment is a better choice. I got to know Dynaset products when I installed a few magnet generators while working for my former employer. Now, I’ve sold DYNASET Products since 2015 through my own company. Leaning to this experience, I have to say that they truly are compact and reliable pieces of equipment.

On-Site Repair Jobs Made Easier by Hydraulic Equipment – Case Forages CLL

One example of Equipements & Lubrification MMIL INC. client’s is Forages CCL who bought equipment for their service vehicle. The company performs the maintenance of their own drilling equipment throughout Quebec with the help of its service vehicle fleet, which consists of three service trucks. Daniel Robichaud, Chief Mechanic, talks more about the company

  • We do all the repair and maintenance tasks on-site as far as possible with the help of hydraulic equipment. One of our vehicles is equipped with a HWG Hydraulic Welding Generator, HK Hydraulic Piston Compressor, and HMV Hydraulic Modular Valve System. The truck is equipped with hydraulic outlets, enabling them to deploy cylinders and hydraulic tools to help repair tasks. For example, we make all the needed hoses on-site with the help of hydraulic equipment.

Forages CLL bought their hydraulic equipment in 2015. What have they accomplished with them?

  • A few years ago, we used gasoline-powered compressors and generators in on-site jobs. It meant that we had to also have gasoline cans with us all the time. Nowadays, hydraulic equipment has replaced them entirely on our operations. It means more free space in the vehicle, less hassle with gasoline cans, and no more deploying of compressors and generators. In addition, using hydraulic equipment requires much less maintenance. Especially in winter, we have to keep our vehicles running on worksites anyway because of the arctic conditions. So, why not then use the vehicle’s power to drive compressors and generators?
