How Does the Variable Hydraulic Generator System Work?
The variable hydraulic generator system uses the engine power of a machine, vehicle, or vessel, accessed through a PTO (Power Take-Off), as its power source to produce high-quality electricity for mobile applications.
- The system draws power from the vehicle’s engine or transmission PTO to drive a variable displacement hydraulic pump, which generates hydraulic oil flow—even while the vehicle is in motion.
- The hydraulic oil flow is directed to the hydraulic generator’s integrated hydraulic motor via the pressure line.
- The hydraulic generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into electricity.
- The hydraulic oil is then returned to the oil tank located inside the system’s enclosure through the return line.
- An electric cable runs from the generator to the electrical central unit, which can be installed at any convenient location on the vehicle.
Additional Hydraulic PTO (50lpm)
An auxiliary hydraulic power take-off with a 50 l/min flow rate, designed for versatile applications, such as powering a winch. This PTO provides additional hydraulic power, ensuring smooth and efficient operation in demanding conditions.
