DYNASET HGV Variable Hydraulic Generator System converts a mobile machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s engine power through a PTO into high-quality electricity. 

The HGV Variable Hydraulic Generator System is a modular solution designed to integrate seamlessly with mobile machinery, providing reliable electric power through an optimized setup of a hydraulic generator, cooler, oil tank, regulation valves, and a variable hydraulic pump. This system efficiently powers electric tools, lights, heaters, refrigerated transports, coolers, welders, and more, delivering high-quality electricity even on the move. By eliminating the need for separate sockets or generators on-site, it saves time and enhances productivity in mobile applications.

How Does the Variable Hydraulic Generator System Work?

The variable hydraulic generator system utilizes the engine power of a machine, vehicle, or vessel through a PTO (Power Take-Off) as its power source to produce high-quality electricity for mobile applications. 

  1. The system draws power from the vehicle’s engine or transmission PTO to drive a variable hydraulic pump, which generates hydraulic oil flow. 
  2. The hydraulic oil flow is directed to the hydraulic generator’s integrated hydraulic motor via the pressure line. 
  3. The hydraulic generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into electricity. 
  4. The hydraulic oil is then returned to the vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
