How Does the Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier Work?
The Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier is installed between the hydraulic system and a piece of hydraulic equipment. The intensifier can either boost the pressure continuously or be controlled via a control valve.
- Hydraulic oil flows to the pressure intensifier through the pressure line.
- The intensifier boosts the pressure of the flow by 2.18 times and reduces the flow to half before delivering it to the piece of equipment.
- The remaining half of the hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the intensifier’s return line.
- The hydraulic oil used by the boosted equipment is also returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank.
