How Does the High Pressure Bin Washing System Work?

The high-pressure bin washing system uses a vehicle’s, like garbage truck’s engine power via hydraulic system as its power source for washing bins with high-pressure water.

  • Hydraulic oil flows to the hydraulic high-pressure water pump through the pressure line.
  • The hydraulic high-pressure water pump converts hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high-pressure water for the washing robot.
  • The hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
  • The washing robot operates automatically after the bin is emptied.
  • The system automatically inserts the 3D nozzle into the bin for thorough washing and returns it clean.
  • Wastewater is collected in a separate container for recycling.
