Inspire, Lead, and Develop – We’re Looking for a Sales Director!

As Sales Director, you will bring the story of our cutting-edge technology to ever wider markets. In this key role, you will develop and lead our international sales, build a long-term partner network, and strengthen the global visibility of the DYNASET brand – together with an expert team.

Your main responsibility is sales management and development in collaboration with the team. You will build our sales operations in a systematic and results-oriented manner. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of our global sales and coordinate the team’s activities towards the goals set out in the strategy. You will also implement changes related to the development of operations in your area of responsibility. You will play an active role in practical sales work, showing the team the way forward through your own actions.

Our international sales team currently consists of 21 area sales managers and a two-person sales support team, who report directly to you. We currently export our products to over 70 countries across all continents. Our global partner network consists mainly of a multi-distributor network and OEM manufacturer customers, whose customer-oriented support is a matter of pride for us.

What Do We Expect From You?

You are a goal-oriented team player with vision and the ability to manage large entities. You have the ability to organize, engage people, and get them to work towards achieving goals. You help create an inspiring and forward-looking operating environment, support and guide the team in achieving its goals, relying on your own example and coaching skills. You build trust internally and externally through your ability to cooperate, you are eager to develop and you take proactive action. You will meet with the sales team at the office on a weekly basis.

You have a degree in business or engineering. Experience in the international construction equipment market, sales team management, and sales development will help you succeed in this role. We require strong communication skills in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an advantage.
