We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Specialist

As a Freight Forwarding Specialist, you will act as DYNASET Oy’s expert in logistics operations and external transport networks. You will be responsible for the export, import and international transportation of our products, as well as for developing these processes and operations together with the logistics team.

DYNASET delivers its products globally, and a significant part of this role involves handling export and import activities, particularly markets outside the European Union. You will also contribute to the development of DYNASET’s logistics and freight forwarding processes and systems to better support the company’s continued growth and international expansion.

This is a permanent, full-time position. We hope to fill the role as soon as possible. The position is based at our facilities in Ylöjärvi, Finland, with the possibility of partial remote work by separate agreement.

Your key responsibilities include

• Comprehensive planning of export and import shipments
• Developing forwarding processes and systems
• Coordination of international transports
• Preparation of transport and customs documentation
• Handling and investigating transport claims
• Comparing and evaluating partners and maintaining contact with logistics partners
• Reviewing freight invoices in cooperation with the finance department

We expect from you

A solid understanding of freight forwarding, Incoterms and customs processes, as well as good Finnish and English language skills and experience in international logistics operations. Experience with ERP systems, transport portals and customs systems and development of forwarding processes and logistic services is considered an advantage. Good negotiation and cooperation skills with both customers and partners are essential.
