Choose the Right Hydraulic Magnet Solution

Metal handling in demolition, recycling, and material handling often requires multiple work phases, manual collection, and several different tools. Hydraulic magnet solutions make it possible to collect, separate, and move metal directly with the machine.

HMAG PRO is easily installed on excavators with sufficient hydraulic auxiliary lines, making it a practical solution for many existing machines. It can also be paired with a quick coupler for fast and efficient attachment changes. This makes it easy to use DYNASET equipment alongside other attachments on the same machine, improving efficiency on worksites. HMAG PRO is especially well-suited for flexible work where a single machine performs many different tasks throughout the day.

In many applications, the magnet is not only used for lifting. It is also dragged along the ground to collect nails, scrap metal, and other ferrous materials. This makes durability and wear resistance especially important. The magnet is often exposed to constant wear, impact, and demanding working conditions, so a high-quality, robust structure is important.

Choose HMG PRO + MAG for Continuous Use 

HMG PRO Hydraulic Magnet Generator and MAG Lifting Magnet are designed for more continuous and process-driven applications.

In this solution, the hydraulic generator produces power for a separate lifting magnet. HMG PRO and MAG can be used together or separately, depending on the application. This makes it possible to add either a magnet generator or a lifting magnet to an existing machine setup without replacing the entire system. 

HMG PRO + MAG is ideal for operations involving repetitive work throughout the day. Fast 0.8-second demagnetization helps improve productivity in continuous scrap handling and recycling work by minimizing waiting time between work cycles.
