DYNASET HPW 220 Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump got a new design in September 2021. In the new design, the heads of the pump, which are the right and left ends of the pump, are made of brass. The most obvious difference from the previous version is the shape of the pump and the color of the heads.

The technical specifications stay the same as in the previous model. The manufacturing method of the heads has changed, and now the heads are forged instead of machined. The picture shows that the new model is more shaped than the previous one.

The new manufacturing method and material of the heads give three advantages. Firstly, the pump has a more detailed design. Secondly, they make the heads more durable and more chemical resistant. Thirdly, the forging increases material optimization in these pumps. So, in this new design, the material usage is optimized. In other words, the new manufacturing method helps to save brass in manufacturing.

The production of this new model starts at the beginning of April 2022.
