HVB Hydraulic Vibra

DYNASET HVB Hydraulic Vibra converts the hydraulic power of an excavator or backhoe into vibration. Vibration enhances penetration of a bucket into a rocky, hard or frozen ground, and offers other remarkable advantages.

The HVB Hydraulic Vibra converts the hydraulic power of an excavator or backhoe into powerful vibration, enhancing the working efficiency and versatility of the machine. Designed for applications such as bucket penetration, bucket emtying, soil compacting, pile driving, and asphalt cutting. This innovative attachment, often installed to work with a bucket cylinder, enables smaller machines to perform tasks typically handled by larger ones, making it an excellent return on investment.

Applications

Enhances penetration to frozen, hard and rocky ground, bucket emptying, soil compacting, pile driving, asphalt cutting etc.

Key Benefits & Features

  • Enhances bucket penetration, bucket emptying, soil compacting, pile driving, and asphalt cutting, boosting the working efficiency of excavators and backhoes
  • Compact excavators can handle tasks of larger machines when equipped with Vibra
  • Easy to use with vibration activation from machine’s joystick button
  • Improves machine versatility, enabling a wider range of tasks with greater efficiency
  • Vibration assists in emptying sticky soil from excavator buckets quickly and easily without rough joystick shaking
  • Increases productivity and accuracy by adding force to blade penetration during asphalt cutting meaning less cracks on the surface
  • Enables a compact excavator (under 10 metric tons) to drive piles deeper than a 30-ton excavator without vibration
  • Operates in a vibration frequency range of 19–30 Hz, depending on the model
  • Compact size for easy installation
  • Safe to use; does not wear pins or bushings with proper lubrication – Causes less strain to the boom than e.g. a hydraulic hammer or a rock breaker
  • Easy to install on the boom, with connections to auxiliary hydraulic lines and output parallel to the bucket cylinder
  • Durable and reliable with a great return on investment

How Does the Hydraulic Vibra Work?

The Hydraulic Vibra uses a machine’s hydraulic system as its power source.

  • The Hydraulic Vibra is connected to any hydraulic auxiliary line of an excavator, with its output connected in parallel to the bucket cylinder connections.
  • It creates a controlled reciprocating pulsation in the bucket cylinder’s hydraulic supply, generating oscillation for the bucket or another attachment.
  • This oscillation translates into vibration, which enhances the operation of the attachment.
