When Mohammad Iskif—better known as Muha—talks about his work, one thing quickly stands out: his interest in mechanics. This interest didn’t just develop in his professional life; it dates back to his childhood.
“Even as a kid, I liked taking apart radios and other devices to see how they worked.”
Muha has lived in Finland for eight years and currently works at Dynaset as an assembly technician. He joined the Dynaset team a little over a year ago, and the job has really captured his interest.
Muha primarily works in the KPL department, which manufactures various street cleaning machines. The work involves assembling dozens—and sometimes hundreds—of parts into functional, high-quality products. In addition, he works as needed in the HPW department, which manufactures hydraulic high-pressure water pumps, as well as on other assembly tasks.
“I especially like the KPL department. There, you get to work with your whole body and see firsthand how the machine is built step by step.”
Muha’s strength is precision. According to him, hydraulics is a broad and detailed field where attention to detail is crucial. His background as an car mechanic has provided a solid foundation for technical work, and at the same time, he is constantly learning more about hydraulics through hands-on work and through the hydraulics training organized by Dynaset.
The best workdays are the ones that are just the right amount of busy.
“That’s when time flies, and at the end of the day, you can see what you’ve accomplished.”
What Muha particularly enjoys about his work is that every finished machine is delivered to the customer in high quality and fully functional. At Dynaset, every product is test-run to ensure that the entire system works flawlessly and as intended. From time to time, something unexpected pops up during these test runs, and figuring out what’s going on offers a challenge and an opportunity to learn something new.

Outside of work, Muha spends his time swimming, with his family, and cooking. Many at Dynaset have also had the chance to enjoy the delicacies prepared by the Iskif’s family in the break room, as staff were recently given the opportunity to purchase snacks and desserts made by the Iskif family. This also says a lot about Muha himself—He wants to share the good things around him, whether it’s through his work or his cooking.
