What is it like to be part of the DYNASET team? What is it like to work in this family company? In this article, we open up our working culture!
Trustful Working Environment
Trust is an extremely important thing in working environments because it helps companies to grow. That’s because when employees and supervisors trust each other, innovations have room to grow and problem-solving is much faster.
This trust can also be seen in how our work is managed. For example, every worker of ours has flexible working hours. Also, there are positions where you can affect a lot by yourself to your working. In other words, you can do your job in your own style.
- Dynaset is a very flexible employer from my point of view. As a salesperson, my work isn’t bounded to our factory so I can do a big part of my job from home or from on the road. The way of working is also free, but this freedom brings responsibility, summarizes Janne Hietamäki from Dynaset sales team.

Safety And Well-Being in Aim
The well-being of our employees is extremely important to us. In practice, this means ergonomic working stations in the factory and high-quality working stations in the office. We also provide many events for the promotion of well-being at work. This means for example skiing trips, street basketball meetings, and jogging together. Samuli Vornanen, our technical salesperson, is one of the persons who are responsible for these events.
– We would like to offer diverse and worthwhile activities to Dynaset employees. That’s why we don’t have only sporty activities. This year for example we are going to an escape room, to shooting range, and for a small hike, tells Samuli Vornanen.
World changes and we educate
We encourage our personnel to improve their skills and professionalism. For example, our personnel have to use two hours working time for education in a month. As a result, the DYNASET Expertise grows all the time.
We also have our own non-stop education program about DYNASET expertise. It includes knowledge that can’t be found anywhere else. On top of that, we also support our personnel’s education in universities. For example, some of the studying time in the university or university of applied sciences can be counted as working hours.
– Improving our personnel’s professional expertise is a matter of honor to us. We put a lot of effort into the education of our personnel internally and externally. It is extremely important to us to encourage our personnel to learn, get inspired, and innovative because that way we can ensure our personnel’s professional well-being and of course also DYNASET’s competitiveness in the future, tells Anni Karppinen, Vice President of Dynaset.
