- High Pressure Water
High-pressure water is DYNASET's most extensive product group. Applications are available for every industry and a wide range of different work machines. Launched in early 2025, the electric product family made high-pressure water available for electric machines as well.
DYNASET high-pressure water solutions utilize the hydraulics or electric power of the work machine. High-pressure water can be used for effective, everyday pressure washing work in mobile use, but there are also many other time-saving and cost-effective applications with low-optimized water consumption. You name the need, we have the equipment. Let’s take a closer look at the solutions.
The heart of hydraulic high-pressure water applications is the HPW Hydraulic High-Pressure Water Pump. Pumps are available with power output from 4.8 to 200 kW, pressure capacities from 90 to 1600 bar (1300-23200 psi), and flow rates from 15 to 300 l/min (4-79 gpm). Self-priming HPW models are available for pressures up to 800 bar (11600 psi). In addition to fresh water, these pumps can also be used with seawater, chemicals, or other fluids, depending on the model. HPW operates efficiently at lower hydraulic flow levels, producing a steady water flow.
EPW converts the machine’s electric power into high-pressure water. The line-up consists of both AC- and DC-powered pumps.
DC pumps produce high-pressure water for mobile applications. EPW DC is powered by a machine’s or vehicle’s battery without the need for an inverter. It is available with a power output ranging from 9.8 to 16.7 kW. Pumps are IP65-rated, dust-tight, and protected against strong water spray from any direction, ensuring durability, reliability, and safe usage. High-pressure capabilities range from 170 to 450 bar (2465–6527 psi), and flow rates vary from 20 to 50 l/min (5.3–13.2 gpm), depending on the model.
AC pumps provide high-pressure water for stationary applications where AC power is available. EPW AC operates directly from a 400 VAC power grid, making its integration seamless and straightforward in work environments with access to AC power. Available with a max power output of 3.75 kW. These pumps are IP55-protected, designed to resist dust ingress and withstand water jets from any direction, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The range includes two models, both offering 150 bar (2200 psi) pressure and 15 l/min (3.96 gpm) water flow. One model features a Start-Stop function for automatic operation.
