Dynaset is launching a new two-tier model to strengthen cooperation with dealers. This supports our goal of ensuring customer-oriented service and the global availability of DYNASET products.

The new service model was unveiled in early May at the three-day DYNASET Dealer Meet event in Finland. The aim of the model is to support the operations of our growing international network, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistent DYNASET experience worldwide. At the same time, we are building long-term growth together with committed partners and strengthening our market position collaboratively.

The updated service model helps our dealers invest in the sales and marketing of DYNASET products and, when needed, rely more easily on the support provided by our factory in demanding customer situations, says Sales Director Marko Niemi.

DYNASET dealers operate in all major industrial countries. They enable local service and customer-specific solutions in the customer’s own language and domestic market.

Our dealer network is the cornerstone of Dynaset’s local service and is closely involved in customers’ everyday operations. We want to develop our cooperation further and serve with modern solutions. The new model supports our dealers in efficient and customer-oriented work, comments Marketing Manager Jyri Hartikainen.

We continuously invest in developing our dealers’ expertise so that they can serve their customers in the best possible way. Special attention has been paid to the service model to strengthen expertise and systematically onboard new dealers.

To support information sharing, we introduced a new dealer website, Partner Portal, earlier this year. It ensures the availability of up-to-date information and materials regardless of time or location.

The new portal improves the availability of materials and enhances information flow. It supports dealers in customer meetings by ensuring that up-to-date materials are always available and can also be shared with end customers, says Tuila Mattila, Marketing and Communications Specialist and person responsible for the Partner Portal project.

Strong dealer cooperation is the foundation of sustainable growth. With the new partner model, we are building long-term partnerships that combine local expertise, high-quality products, and a shared goal of being the best partner for your machine.
