Announcement: Scam Emails, ERP System Implementation and Factory’s Summer Break

We would like to inform about scam e-mails, ERP system implementation progress, and the DYNASET factory shutdown in the summer.

Scam Emails

There are many scam emails circulating today. We have also been made aware of a scam email sent to a customer in the name of DYNASET. In this particular case, our employee’s email account was hacked, and an email was sent to a customer claiming that our payment information had changed. As a result of the scam, the customer made a payment to the wrong account. A police report has been filed, and the police are investigating the case.

We would like to emphasize that this was an isolated incident involving hacking a single email account, and our other email accounts and customer data are not at risk. We are actively working to improve our cybersecurity, and all our employees have implemented two-factor authentication.

Please note that the email we sent on February 28, 2024, regarding changes to our billing information is legitimate. Up-to-date billing information here.

If you receive payment information from an individual employee, please verify the information with another member of our staff before making a payment. This practice is already in use at some of our customer companies, and we consider it an effective way to prevent potential scams. In case of doubt, you can also contact our customer service by phone at +358 3348 8200, Mon-Fri from 8 am to 4 pm (GMT+3/EET).

ERP System Implementation

Due to implementing a new ERP system called Lean, there may be delays in processing orders, deliveries, and invoices for the next few weeks. Deliveries are underway, and we are processing them at the original delivery time of the order. We are working continuously to balance the situation.

Thank you for your support and patience. If you have any questions regarding this situation, don’t hesitate to contact your responsible Area Sales Manager or our customer service.

Two-Week Factory Shutdown

We would also like to remind of our two-week factory shutdown from June 21st to July 5th. We will resume normal service on July 8th, 2024. Please note that the shutdown will affect all our operations, including logistics, service, and customer service.
